Project: At Winter's End​​

Up until Y-Crossing, I had been really focused on making my designs for At Winter’s End’s environments follow the level design principles my coworkers had been teaching me throughout my internship at Slandercast Studio. I was really preoccupied with making sure my designs would be integrable into the game engine and were strong level design wise. This is the first piece where I felt confident enough to test the boundaries of what I knew about level design, and that I shouldn’t place constraints on what I wanted to convey through the piece based on how I saw the narrative taking shape visually.
